Through the years I have shadowed Physical Therapists and developed and learned a great deal to help fitness programming for clientele who are in need of corrective exercise, or prehabilitation/rehabilitation exercise to prevent or following injury/surgery. Using the modalities I have learned, and integrating these fitness modalities into my fitness programming, allows my clientele to not just lose weight or build lean muscle, but to correct muscle imbalance or dysfunction that may be present.
